We collect the information you submit through the request form, WhatsApp, email or other direct communication. This may include your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, item description, holding location, delivery country, later-stage delivery details, reference numbers, photos, receipts, booking screenshots or documents you choose to send.

Purpose and legal basis

Information is used to review your request, communicate with you, check whether pickup is possible, coordinate with a property holder, arrange courier pickup, prepare delivery options, issue service communications and keep necessary operational records. The legal basis may include taking steps at your request before a service, performing a service, legitimate operational interests, legal obligations and your explicit consent where required.

Sensitive documents and uploads

Please only send files that are necessary for your case. Uploaded files and request logs are stored in protected server folders and are not intended for public web access. Access should be limited to people involved in reviewing or handling the request.

Who may receive information

Information may be shared only as needed with Ana Kurye team members, couriers, carriers, property holders, hotels, drivers, venues, airport or airline offices, payment or email providers, hosting providers and legal/accounting advisers where necessary. We do not sell request data.

International transfers

If your item is returned internationally or if you communicate from outside Turkiye, limited information may be transferred to carriers, customs-related parties or service providers in other countries as needed for the requested service.

Retention period

Request records are kept only as long as necessary for service review, operational follow-up, dispute prevention, accounting, legal obligations and security. You may request deletion when the information is no longer needed, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

Deletion procedure
